Ya I'm not sure what is going on, I've been noticing it for a few days now. I finally submitted a help ticket yesterday morning. They are looking into it.

I submitted a ticket earlier this morning, figured you may have been busy and didnt.
Heres the reply I got:
This has been discussed already with Chris and currently being resolved.
For future reference there is no need to submit two support tickets for the same issue.
Regards,
Rich

Discussed? So is the issue here or with them?
I was put off a bit by the reply.

I would have said there is no reason you should supply me with with a server for future reference and switch hosts
i don't deal with shitty customer service at all.

Say what?
They seem to be having more problems lately.
Usually they are very friendly and professional. This is the first time Ive ever seen anything like this from them. Maybe Richards having a bad day.

Ya I'm a little surprised they responded that way, normally their customer service is great. It could be just a bad day for them, and he didn't handle it correctly.
I think Rich might be new too, don't we normally get someone else Mike and Rick
overall their service is pretty good, and I've read that switching hosts could effect your google ranking.
Plus we are grandfathered in on their old plans, which gives us extra benefits.

Never heard of the search engine thing.

I got it for like $2.95 a month. I think the only way you can get that special price is through a link.
I agre Chris. Made2own has always been great to us when there is a problem. Unfortunately it seems they have been having more lately.
