I think the only way to fix people like this is to start calling the cops.

If nothing else, when they commit a serious crime maybe they'll have a record, or at least be know by the police.

Shotgun and Pepperballs

Just the shotgun, no need for pepperballs. They will just breed more worthless animals anyway. The trash of society are like cockroaches, squish one and another dozen crawl out.

Well, my next step is to just put up a privacy fence.... and get a big dog. If their ball goes over the fence, they won't dare retreive it. I will make sure there are postings all around the fence that warn about the danger of the dog. That is enough warning to limit my liability. If they cross the fence and get bit, it is their own fault.

I want a sign that says beware of owner.
