Of course, to actually give all of these brands comparable ratings you'd more than likely need to have experience with them all for the most part..there are some obvious ones though.

i'll be the first to admit i haven't tested every single brand but i've had alot of them in my hands or heard them..... the ones i haven't heard i gave a general consensus feeling on them .. like the f1 status shit . and the HIGH HIGH end amps like the McIntosh, and harrison labs..

Nakimichi Hu shouldn't be a 5. They are made by another company now (can't remember who) but aren't too good anymore.

Yea, I hate what happened to nakamichi, bummer.

I totally forgot the Type-X, I'm a dummy.

The reason I kept the Kicker Solo's off was because of their tinsel lead reliability issues. With their common problem of the tinsel lead failing, I'm not sure if it should go into highly recommended, good category at least.

Making changes...

From experience, the Kicker Square Solo series should be at most in the good section.

the L7's are nice.. lots of output.... and the cvr's are a great speaker for the cost.. now the l5's i don't believe are worth the cost and the comps just aren't that great.. ..

Yes...i agree, the L7's have a ton of output. But on a reliability standpoint, they could be better. Ive sent back i think 3 or 4 subs to kicker because they were faulty.

yeah the way the basket design is on those solo's the wires going to the terminals rub constantly on a the sharp edge of the basket.. i've had to solder them before..
