Yea man, life has gotten good.
Only thing I'm mad about is when I left here I weighed like 270-280lbs right..
I got done to 210 lbs!! I was one sexy beast I thought I was so sexy I'd sleep with myself.

Well unfortunately I gained ALL that back

Now that I have everything in my life situated I am going back to taking care of myself.

I'm gonna document it and what not, Not that anyone here may care but I may make it public again like I did last time. Its kinda weird because when you feel like you have to write it down to where others can see its motivation.

I made a bet with a fellow CAC member I'll let him chime in on it if he wants for like 20 bucks
MY goal is 40lbs by Jan 1st
His is a flatter tummy....

we'll see who reigns supreme!!

Well you know sometimes it helps just to vent, we've all done it now and again... And you know we was here for support before and will be again
