shit, ive been to peoples farms where there are cats all over the damn place. my wife came home one day with a caat she paid like 100 bucks for and i told her i know a place we could have gotten like 20 cats for nothing.....cats are good farm pets...theyll eat anything

^^^ Actually i think the law only applies to areas in urban and sub-urban areas... Rural areas really don't need a check and balance system...

Thats why Bob Barker was always on the Price is Right closing everytime saying "Remember to get your pets spayed or neutered"

Did you all happen to look at the pictures? Go look, and keep in mind he saved those cats from a certain death, and is helping to find them better homes.

Yeah 18 cats is a little out there, but after you check out the pictures you won't worry.

you watch too much TV. As long as the animals are taken care of his aunt will not be charged with animal cruelty. also some places dont have laws against the number of animals.
