Well im sure some of you have noticed that i havent been around for a few months just popping in and out for a second here and there and the other people probabaly dont know me. Well since i have closed my shop i have been out of the audio thing pretty much all together. My new hobby has been firearms which has been taking up most of my time. i plan on doing some sort of a gunsmith school and maybe a hunting guide school too. i guess i dont have to much to say except that guns and related activities are pretty addicting and can be great fun.

Firearms are a wonderful hobby. I've been into them pretty heavy for the past year or so.

I have a few items on my shopping list:
Mauser
Enfield
Walther P22

What I already have:

Russian Mosin M91/30 (1941 Izzy) with Simmons 2-6x handgun scope (scout style mounted)

Yugoslavian SKS M59/66 (1977 - the iron sights really impressed me, nearly dead on at 125 yards)

Ruger 10/22 Stainless barrel (likes the cheap Federal but hates Winchester ammo; has a cheap huge scope on it... never going cheap again pita to sight in)

Remington Express Super Mag (2.75", 3", and 3.5") with fire sights

Ruger P95 with fire sights

old old .22 rusted rifle that won't fire

and I keep my dad's 1980 Ruger Security Six .357 in the safe along with the others

Well Devin, Glad to see you have a new passion, also glad to hear that you're doing well... You know just cause you don't have the shop anymore you'll always be considered a friend to many of us here at CAC, so don't be a stranger and keep in touch from time to time ;)
