Look on E Bay.
The Hifonics amp is probably only half again as much as you will be spending on some crappy amp. Plus if you buy said crappy amp, you wont be able to sell it for much. SO your spending even MORE money.
Just save up and buy what you really want.
Everyone does this, even me.
I had to save for a few months to buy my McIntosh head unit. Trust me, it was worth it to SAVE.

i know its a matter of opinion but i prefer spl out of those and then profile....i sell them both and spl is actually a power acoustik product and not bad at all....power acoustik is making some kick ass class d amps in their gothic series for this year.....the big dog does 3200 rms at 1 ohm and i sell it for 425......its tough to beatScarrell wrote:Profile is the better company out of all them brands.. check out Hifonics, Power Acoustik, MA Audio, and Visonik also for a cheap amp.
I'm with Terry on this one... SPL and PA are decent enough, especially some of the new big dogs for cheap power... I do a lot of the SPL stuff too and haven't seen a single complaint from anyone that got em.
Terry will hook ya up with a good deal on one
