D6 or IDQ 12?

Post by ajbrickyard »

O great and powerful masters of all car audio big and small I'm going to buy a 12" sub in a couple of days it's going in a 1 cft. sealed box with 400 watts feeding it it's for more bass in my acura RL factory system I've narrowed it down to the Diamond audio D612D4 and ID Idq 12 dvc 4 :confused : :confused : I'm leaving it up to the masters to tell me which one to choose. :bow

I'd rather have the D6. The IDQ is a great sounding sub, but as far as linear capabilities at higher excursions, it's performance is more limited than that of the D6.

+2 i also agree with Jonathan, and the D6 is really just a badass sub in general, It really sounds great given the correct application

+3 outta those two... definately the D6. I have personally helped do quite a few installs with D6s (even though i don't sell them) they still seem to perform well in a wide range of applications and are sure to make you happier :)
