great timing!

Post by Darthness »

so recently my car has been making a weird rattling noise.. okay so we get it checked out at a local shop. the struts are bad and so is one of the motor mounts... it also (apparently, i havn't noticed it) leaks oil, and needs new tires, a seat, and a few misc interior things?

what do i say to that? wooo hooo... instead of dropping 700+ to fix all that, we'e decided to say fsck it.. its giong to end up with my sister cheap, and i'm getting a new car... which is why i've been asking all those questions :D

anyway, i'm just posting out of excitement.. on the verge of buying my first new car; hopefully i'll get what i want (ie, something that i like and won't shit on me in a year)

Although I hate to admit that screwin with the dealers is my favorite part since I used to be one :p

Car shopping is the greatest... My wife and I will get all dressed up sometimes like we have money and go around car shopping and getting the salesmen all excited (especially we can each produce proof that we bring home over 1000 a week a piece hehe) we have test driven all kinds of crap... I thought about taking a BMW home for the weekend once but didn't feel like getting yelled at cause I took it home and make it bump :P

edit: picked up a autotrader today, found a few nice f150's that i like, and are in my price range... yay.

hahahahah pretty much. (even though its likely that i'll be starting with a $300 limit... thats enough for my sub, and one of my amps!)

hey, in my defense, i'm trying to build good credit here. establish a payment history, etc. :P
