Where can I find JL Audio subwoofers for sale online?

I need to know a trusted source because the stores in town raise the prices by about 150% and I don't want to blow money like it's going out of style. Is $1000 for a 10" sub too much, or am I just crazy?

thats way too much for a 10w6v2. sadly, there are no authorized jl retailers online. if you were to buy jl online, it would not be covered under jl warranty. if you're okay with this, this place sells it for 300 bucks http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fus ... ct_ID=2059

your title said 12w6v2, but your post said 10".

its not sad there inst authorized dealers online. jl protects there dealers and for that i thank them. i dont think we need to get into y interent dealers are scum do we?

i only said sadly because if this kid ever wanted to own a w6, he would have to bend over and get raped by his local dealer whos trying to charge a grand for it. ill just stay out of it and let people find links by themselves from now on...

If you have to ask the question if it's worth it, then it's not, especially at that insane price. Look into some other companies that'll give you just as much performance at a much more reasonable price.

drama much? lol. u can get people links all you want. but dont forget there are some of us with buisnesses doing it because we love it not for the money.

1000 for a W6V2 is over double the msrp. I bet the price for the 13W7 somehow ended up on the W6s box (or something of the sort)

I have a JL 10w6v2 brand new bought from authorized dealer. I bought 2 of them but decided to use only one. PM me for price.

JL Audio does not allow or wwarranty anything sold on-line or over the Internet. If you buy anything on-line that's made by JL, you're on your own after that.

Aside from that, why are your prices so high? Are you Canadian?

Actually you can buy JL online from actual distributors or dealers that are trying to sell what they have in stock elsewhere. They just use a differant name on ebay to get rid of there inventory. Most times they will offer upto 1 year warranty and will arrive with all seriel #'s etc...
