Street Class C Competitor needs help...

A friend of mine competes in Class C with a Toyota 4Runner with 2 2004 Rockford Fosgate Power 15" Dual 2 Ohm... He is running currently a 12 cuft Box with what only looks like one internal bracing of mdf.... Also he has the box tuned to 35 hz... He is running 2 Brutus 1000w amps... Now he is currently at 152db even on the TL... Here are his problems... He has only upgraded ground to chassis and wire to battery and has no sound deadening in his car... I think also that if he wants to get louder in that truck he needs to tune higher like 40hz or so... Any suggestions on that... Also i believe that he might need to run more bracing and glass the inside of the box. The box was made well its just that i think that possibly building a new one with a higher tuning should bump up his db a bit... Any suggestions... Technically his draw should be 200amps but he has a stock Alt so obviously he is not feeding those amps enough power... No clipping though. He has a slow drain on the system with a rating of about 12.7v after he turns the truck off. If you can think of anything to help him it would be a nice help... he has really been a SPL competitor since he was 16 and he is 18 now but he really enjoys doing it. Bill i assume that this is your best area of expertise so i expect some good feedback...
