There was a guy all the way back in the mid 50-60's that had a car that run on just water.

Him and the car literaly dissapeared and you cant find much info on either...

Basically, it's water being used as a fuel source. The guy in the video demonstrates it first as a torch, then a hybrid car. Later in the video, they say he is working with the military and creating a water only Humvee.

Maybe they just didn't see the advancement back then. They could have assumed that water would be like reverting back to steam engines. They probably had no idea that gas would be in shortage or cause other problems.

Its not just water. It said in the video he needs to use electricity to change the properties of water from H20 to HHO (whatever that is) through electrolysis. And it takes energy to produce electricity.

Either way, its cool. I'd like to see it tested by someone other than the inventor tho.
