What ever it is your willing to spend. If you are going used, I'd say about 500-800.

Say one 15" SE that would be $215 brand new, should get them at about $150 used or so.

those should be 200 and bellow, and are decent amps.

Throw the SE in a ported box. Build it your self(if you got time) should cost say 30 bucks

4g amp kit from http://www.knukonceptz.com. 30 bucks. That would be a great sub stage.

Do you already have an HU? If so you could look into some low powered coax's and run them off the HU, then just upgrade to a comp set and amp later.
