so heres gonna be the setup ... in a single cab
pioneer deh 7700
(2) alpine mrd 605's
(2) 12'' diamond audio d6's
(2) sealed 0.875 boxes

i would make the boxes a bit bigger but looks good.

Would the diamond d3 or d6 fit in my 2002 chevy silverado extended cab? And will a RF 501 bd amp be enough for two 10" subs?

Not really a question so much as to what will fit (although you don't have a ton of room), but the ability to wire up for a 2 ohm load that your amp delivers.
