what can i use on my kick panels?

Post by 6three6mafia6 »

i got some kodas and the speakers have a very big magnet and there kinda deep, they do not fit in my kick panels, the kick panels are too deep, i need to cut about an inch from the opening pod for the woofer to raise that speaker up, BUT when i do that there is not gona be anywere to screw it on too if you dont know what im talking about look at this > {(o)}that inner area is were the woofer is mounted(about 3/8ths) when i cut an inch off there is not gona be anywere to screw the woofer on {( )} so i need a way to make a new piece that will cover the whole 6.5 pod and ill cut it again to make the part that holds the woofer, SO does anybody know how i can do this , i guess what will stick , harden , and give me a new solid flat surface?

PLEASE HELP!!!!!! ive these kodas for about a month someone help!

just make a baffle using 3/4" MDF or a little smaller if you need too. should work.

you cut the baffle to fit the kick panel, put it in, and put the speaker in the baffle and screw it in.
