Exactly what i was thinking. The audio part sounds awesome, but i hope you have or are going to get a nice big ole alternator and bigger battery.lotas wrote:looks good, whats the electrical system looking like?

IMO, capacitors are only a bandaid. For example, if you're stereo is pulling 80 amps from your alt, and you're alt is only rated at 100 amp, that leaves you with 20 amps to run the rest of your car. Not quite enough to support modern vehicles. A cap will just store energy for big hits, which is alright for competitions. It can "help" for a daily, but shouldnt be used as a cure for a lacking charging system.joeyc wrote:how about an alumapro capacitor?
