help me with DVD player/monitors?

well this guy from caraudio.com is selling his Pioneer DVH P5000 DVD/HU ... he wants 310$ shipped.. i told him i dont have that much right now. Anyways if I bought that unit and had just a LCD screen lying around would those hook up? Or do you need some special screen for the Pioneer Player? Also is anyone familiar with this HU? Is it hard to hook up video and then audio outputs for amps and such? thanks for help.

For two 7" screens and the DVD player it would be about 420$shipped.

it should just have video rca outputs on the back or s-video, just like the audio ones. but i honestly dont really know, ive never worked with video in cars.
