One of my buddys has a Pioneer DEH-1500 that he bought about a year ago.... Everything turns on fine and you can put cds in and out but nothing comes out the speakers... doesnt anyone know wats wrong....

check and see if one of the wires has come off and grounded/touched the other speaker wire. did he replace the factory speakers and is it installed good or taped in there?

All the wires installed wit butt connecters.... he was just listening to it one day and it just stopped working...

i would still check the wires and did he replace any speakers?

ok ill check all the wires... the front speakers got changed but the back are factory...

wiring came loose, or the internal amplifier fried.
one of the two.
that or somehow the internal amp was disabled in the menu if the unit you have allows for that.. so pre-outs are enabled and amplifier is shut off

is there anyway to fix the internal amplifier?? we took it out and put it back in a couple times so i dont think its the wiring...

you probably shorted it out when it was wired wrong the first time you gave it power.
you can replace the deck or hope warrany will cover the damages if its new.
