I can no bother ,I don't think it's the pig tails coming from the radio as they charge the phones and the phone it self connect's to Bluetooth everytime.

Sorry, can't think of anything else to do.

If Android Auto starts on the phone manually, you've already tried multiple phones and USB sync cables.

It might be worth a shot contacting Kenwood to see if they have any other ideas.

If it's like my daughter's DMX7705S, AA only works with the gray USB with most phones.
