I have a hard time sleeping without a fan too, it's mostly the sound it makes that helps me sleep.

When it gets cold and I turn it off, it takes me forever to fall asleep.

Man, 60's ... that's cold. I need about 75 and I'm good. But it's hotter here than you yankees, so I'm used to it being hotter and definitely more humid.

Now, I need a fan on. If it's not on, I will almost overheat.

It's 74 degrees here with the humidity at 91%.. and it's 2:40am

It's not uncommon to have 100+ degree heat and 90+ % humidity during the summer, and single digit temps temps with the windchill in the well into negatives during the winter...

One extreme to another... Thats misery for ya!
