E cam isnt really worth the hassle on a otherwise stock engine as the restriction lays in the heads and intake. The stock cam can make decent power, so unless you just want lope of a bigger aftermarket cam I'd spend my money else where.

First mod, especially on a vert should be subframe connectors.

Then you can do the rest of the bolt ons like, gears, short throw shifter, headers, h-pipe, cat-back, an inside the fender cai, rockers, ect...

id agree with you if i was gonna race it but im not, so im not gonna sweat the subframe connectors and the e7te heads flow decently enough, id actually probably go with a dual pattern camshaft with more lift and duration on the exhaust side and 1.7 roller rockers. cold air and a mass air, and exhaust would make nice streetable power that sounded good and ran well enough. dont need a short throw shifter really, not if your quick enough,

dude you would be surprised at what a difference that is gonna make, cai, open up the exhaust, mass air flow, small stuff like that makes a nice difference, you may wanna look into turning up the computer on it too.

Congrats, now lets see some pix,

Actually the LX's are the better one to build, I think they tip the scales a wee bit less than the GT's. I mean it may only make a minimal difference but a difference just the same.
