yes it has i still use it and many many other guys win hundreds of shows with the 2150's. 1 2150 was enough to keep a ford bronco running all the way back from kentucky after a show and the alternator failed. and mind you it did it without a charge. i wouldnt hit a wet dog in the ass with a kinetic...

The only stinger battery i like is the re-badged enersys 2150. ive tested a pm kinetic and a enersys 2150 and the kinetic was the worst by far. there is far more on this subject i wont get into. if you like kinetic buy them. if you like whatever you like buy it.
