I have 1 IDQ 12 powered off 400 alpine watts that pounds pretty nice( it shakes s**t loose in my car) but at low vol. I hear lead slap and it bugs da f**k outa me. Is there any way to cure this or do I just need to get another sub? :help:

O great and powerful masters of all car audio big and small I'm going to buy a 12" sub in a couple of days it's going in a 1 cft. sealed box with 400 watts feeding it it's for more bass in my acura RL factory system I've narrowed it down to the Diamond audio D612D4 and ID Idq 12 dvc 4 :confused...

I was going to put some thump in my acura RL but now I want SQ I want a 12 in a sealed box off a alpine D class amp at 400watts @2ohms i only want to spend upto $200 on a sub what ever sub I choose I will have a box built to spec. right now I'm looking at TCsounds TC-1000 Image Dynamics IDQ Eclipse ...

I'm a newbie and can someone tell me does fiberfill change port tuning? i want to put a TS-W3004SPL in a ported box the box size that will fit in my trunk is 1.3cu. and tuned to 32Hz I want to add fiberfill to make it 1.6-1.7 would this work?
