I was gonna chime in and say turbo...those 2.3L 4 bangers can handle a lot of power. Realistically you can make about as much power on a 2.3L block as you can a 5.0L block...5.0's block tends to take a dump on you in the 400+ RWHP range which the 2.3L can also handle on stock internals and not a lot...
