They are Image Dynamics IDv3 8" subs. They are not free air subs but the spec says they can be used in a free air situation. I could buy other subs if needed. Interested more if the application can be done and then I can decide which sub.

Free air 8" or 10" mounted on back??

I have a 4 door sedan and was considering mounted either a 8" or 10" sub (free air) on the back deck facing up towards the window? I have a few IDv3's I could use but would this work ok? Not looking for any crazy bass just something to help round out ther system. I am afraid the back "...

Problem with my Kenwood install, help??

I installed my Kenwood DDX6017 deck, Ipod adapter, and the KTC-SR901 Sirius tuner. Everything is working except the tuner. When I tune to the Sirius mode, the deck displays "CANNOT CONNECT". Any ideas? Everything appears to be hooked up correctly... Thanks.,

It was fine (nothing blew) until I added the JL 500/1 and now it's blowing in 30 seconds. I was just confirming my thought process. 0 or 1 guage to the battery and a 200 amp fuse at the battery. What type of inline fuse should I use for that size?

PPI or Soundstream??

I previously had a PPI PCX-4125 and loved it but it was recently stolen. I was going to replace it with the new PPI equivalent PPI DCX-1000.4 but also thought about the Soundstream VGA-500.4. They have almost identical specs. Any thoughts or comparisons? I've never used soundstream. Thanks. http://w...
