class AB amp that puts out a real 1500 watts RMS bridged or at 2 ohsms.
draws ~200A peak
I run two of them in my own car

get a really solid battery and you should be good. you probably need about 100 amps of alt. power to run that thing WHEN and if it ever reaches full power output in your car. chances are you wont reach full power output often if ever. what type of setup are you running on this amp?

How much juice for a 2250SX

I'm putting a simple single amp system in my Mustang and want to use a 2250SX I have laying around. My question is, with a 130 amp alternator and adequate wiring will I require a gel cell battery in the trunk or a capacitor? If not what would you suggest to provide adequate juice to the amp. Thanks for any advise given
