What do you mean for the M16. They are actually a pretty load weapon, that is there only real down fall. Almost no recoil, atleast to someone who has sent thousands and thousands or rounds downrange, extremely accurate, lightweight, reliable, and a big thing is a standard ball round can go through most body armor easily, very high velocity round. Then unavailable to civilians there are multiple rounds like high explosive, teflon which can go through light vehicle armor, and my favorite incendiary, willie pete baby, love watching things catch on fire after lighting it up. Personally, I think that M4's are some of the best weapons out there.

The 3 round bursts are pretty cool. I wonder how loud the rounds are for each.

Might be kind of boring to some, but thought it was funny because these guys, probably infantry or scout(recon those were some good times), were just shooting off a bunch of rounds and screwing off. Understand, many times when soldiers are given live rounds for a training excercise the command tells us to go ahead and burn off whatever rounds we have left. So, usually they allow us to just start shooting and allow us to screw off. Believe me for live fire exercises their are around 4 stages that you practice over and over before you actually start firing live ammo down range, and it can be very stressful, depending on what you are doing. So, most commands not openly allow soldiers such as these guys to blow off some steam, and if you were to ask them they would say they were doing some target practice LOL. Here the video and you can here and even see some of the weapons doing a 3 round burst.
