Decent mono amp for 2 infinity 1240's

I got 2 12" infinitys single 4ohm in a sealed 1.25cu ft per sub box and i was wondering what some decent amps would be for around $200 give or take a few bucks... each sub is rated at 300 watts rms.. they have a 93db efficency so they still sound fairly decent with about 100rms running to each of them now... but yea if you got any suggestions.. I've been looking into
Alpine MRP-M650
Alpine MRP-M450
Mtx TC4001

and a few others around that price range.. but let me know what you think thanks.
