TY, the advance mode only efects the mid and high freqs. The 8455 is the same way. If your sub it set to high it will cut the mids in order to try to make up for it. I would use the DB adjustment on your time delay page to get the sweep closer to flat. Then adjust from there.

Ok im using the deck in advanced mode. No matter how I set my PEQ in the lower frequencies it doenst seem to effect my Sub. The sub plays the same even if I turn the first 3 bands on the EQ to the bottom. I have the Xover set at 100 Hz with a 12 bd cut off.

Is the PEQ only for the other speakers? Doesnt seem to ake sense that theres no way to control my bass output in advanced mode. What am I missing or was my installer a bigger fool than im afraid he was.
