Hi Welcome to the forum.

There are a lot of different factors that can make one sub 'sound' better than another.

I was looking into Infinity's new 12" subs and one is 250 watts RMS the higher priced one is 500 wats RMS. Does the wattage make them more/less powerful or louder???
