The yellow wire on the touch screen or running from the vehicle?

the reverse is only if you are using a backup camera. it would switch the input to the camera when you are in reverse. you have your ignition right it sounds like but the yellow wire should be hooked up to constant 12v to maintain your presets. lamp in is ignition, usually this will dim the display at night when the lights are on

Installing Touch Screen

OK so I installed my Touch Screen into my 2002 Lincoln Ls, it works all well and dandy but when I turn the vehicle off I lose all my presets and stuff. I connected the "ignition key" wire from the Touch to the 12v switch on my car. Should I have connected it to the 12v Constant instead? and would this stop the pain in the ass situation with losing the presets? Also. The touch has a "lamp-in" wire? Where the hell do I connect this to? and how do I find my reverse gear wire bc the Touch has that also...Any help would be greatly appreciated.
