He went to lowes, loaded up a bathtub, pushed it outside the side door, around the building, into the front door, then took it to the RETURN center to try and return it for cash.

Security saw him go out the door with it (cameras), by the time they ran around to the side of the building he was walking back inside the front. Once he saw security coming after him he ran back out the other side of the store, acrossed the parking lot and almost got away, except he ran in front of a cop car that was responding to the call...

This happend about 5-6 years ago before she met him. He actually had it all taken care of when she met him (got 5 years probation and sos), but apperently he missed his last probation meeting or something, I'm not really sure...

He's a nice guy in all, but he has seizures and it seems after each one he gets a little "slower."

Man, you've got the same weather that I do. It sucks. I even have to put the a/c on in my truck on my way to work. I drive to work at about 3am... It's been about 80 degrees at 3am with a lot of humidity.

Well actually it was sherrif's dept, it was my sisters house, and they were real polite about it... They did take my bro-n-law though.. :sad017:
