Not bad.

I bought a cheapie clamp on @ Harbor Freight. Worked fine a few times. THen all of the sudden went to use it and it was dead. new battery, still dead.

However my $4 meter from there works flawless... For like 5-6 years now.

yeah I did, what you could call a manual. It was basically a large foldout with a pic of the meter, and a description of its parts. Like...dial for setting the voltage to be measured, leads for connecting to the points to be measured, peak hold for holding peak data... :thumbsup so yeah I read that, wasnt very informative.

not matter what you can always use it. i used it 3 times today on a home audio setup and all i was doing was installing some speakers.

Yep I think so too. Hadnt seen any around for a while, that I could easily afford. I seen it for 15.00 and scooped it up.

It aint a high dollar unit. But it's got a peak hold button, and several other functions that will come in handy. Also got a carrying case with it, and the best thing is I got it for 15 bucks.

not to shabby, everyone who intends on doing in type of install should have one.
