Actually, the previous job was phone support of Enterprise ( Servers and Storage ) Tape Library and storage software. I was the technician.

As a Technical Account Manager, I am the Liason between Dell and the Corporation when things get out of hand with their Storage solutions.

It isn't a 100K/year job, but, it is a healthy raise from my last job. The hours are worse with this position cause it is a 24/7 job, but I get a Cellphone and a Laptop and can work from home 1 day a week.

In addition to the 2wks of vacation I get, I am also off work for two weeks during the Christmas Holidays. It rocks!

I think it means he works the window now instead of being inside the kitchen???

Clearly I have no idea, but it sounds like a job that should of about 100K a year...
