Sure haven't had much time to work on this lately, but did get a little done today.
Got the board cut to fit the lens, and soldered in 2 rows of LEDs.'
I think I'm going to do this retro a little differently then the others. On my other ones, I've epoxied the board, into the reflector. So there is some gap between the lens and the LEDs. I tried today, and the light from the LEDs didn't look that great. So I tried moving the board, onto the lens and it looks much better! So I'm going to epoxy the board right onto the back of the Lens. Doing this also makes it easier for spacing the LEDs too.
Here are what the 2 rows of LEDs look like when placed against the lens.
My goal is to have 3 rows per section. I think it's going to be plenty bright :)
