Bought the RCA wires, originally my close car audio store wanted 120$ for freaking set of RCA wires!!!

I ended up going to the car audio place 7 miles away that i submitted a resume, they sold me the same set for 30$

Oh and my sub has way more sound quality and is a lot louder then it has ever been

Definately sounds like the wires... Go pick up a new set, heck even if something does happen to the amp down the road, you'll still need a good set of RCAs :)

I think i will go spend my money on rca wires already done, sorta lazy and don't want to resolder or reclamp...

I bet it's the wires considering if i turn them it cuts out...

If it's the RCAs, just resolder/reclamp them and you should be OK.

See if you can borrow somebody's or use another set just to test it. It's probably just the wires, but then if it does the same thing with something else, then you are looking at an issue with either the head unit or the amp.

RCA wires or RCA jacks?

Well i have the wally world amp wiring kit, well i can turn the wires at the rca jacks and it will either make the sub quieter or louder, so i am guessing something is messed up. Well i plan on changing my RCA wires, just don't want to spend 20$ on RCA's to find out my amp is ****ed up.

Running a Boss CH850 never had any problems with it at all, just these stupid RCA jacks or wires.

Now that i think about it, i will run to local car audio shop to pick up some rca's tomorrow
