A 147lb woofer won't even fit in the door of my truck! :P

Does anyone here have experience with Fi Qs, SS RL-ps or TC-1000s?

SS is built by TC sounds. so your probably dead on. maybe a bit diffrent soft parts but still the same. check out accedant audio there made by fi currently.

I was just looking around a bit and SoundSplinter's RL-p 12" seems to match specs, as well as TC Sounds TC-1000 10" (same sub?). The only thing that doesn't match up well is the QTS. Should I worry about that?

Well, I just found that I bent the hell out of my DIYMA 12" cone somehow. Just noticed it this morning because I left my windows open last night and it rained like hell. So I had to go clean up the car. I just happened to look at the sub and it was all bent to hell.

So onto a new subwoofer. My main concern is mounting depth. I'd like to keep it under 6.5" if possible. I was looking at the Fi Q10 (after seeing the beating my XXX took from going through shipping and still mostly surviving) but I'm not even sure where else to look for a small sealed driver with good xmax (>20mm).

Any ideas, suggestions or considerations?
