i believe i saw something on the discovery channel about these engines. They showed them being in golf carts, and small vehicles such as luggage carriers. I cant remember where else i saw it, but someone has invented a way to harness water into power, which was initially used as a torch, which was incredibly efficient and got very very hot, while keeping the tip of the torch relatively cold. Im a little skeptical, but undoubtably this is the way of the future as global climate change is apparent with increased tropical storms, hurricanes, droughts (esp. florida), and floods
