As for the riding your bike with a beer, you can probably get busted for public intoxication. I think that's about it.

BTW the way we get around the whole not being able to ride a tractor and drink beer is we put the can in a sleeve so u cant see the label and they have no right to cite or stop u then... If its not visible they cant do shit about it

its the Same in CT... but this is also a state where u cant even legally ride ATV's without it being registered and licenced... BS!!

in ky they can pull you over for drinking and driving a tractor even if your on your own property......a buddy of mines mom works for a judge and she wont let him have a beer while hes on the lawn mower because her boss judged a case where a guy had a sixer on the hood of his tractor and was drinking while bushhogging his land and he was visible from the road and got busted...

Im sure there is an open container law anywhere regardless if u are riding a bike... But yea i do believe that is a funny thing... Pull over mister... I clocked you doing 5mph and you were weaving everywhere on your huffy...

i had a beer last night while i was out riding my bike then i forgot i could get arrested for biking while intoxicated lol. do they have an open container law on a bike?

Yeah I used to love bud light. Now I just can't drink it.

I felt so weird last time I was in the states. I was the guy at the bar asking what imports they have.
