Why doesn't disney just buy it out? That's like one more free park for that monopoly. Hell they can even broadcast ESPN over there too, just think of the possibilites...

They can definitely sue for infrigment on likeness. Just cause they are Chinese, doesnt mean that Disney, a nationally traded and sold company, cant sue them... And I would be suprised if a lawsuit doesnt come of it
