Check out Blaupunkt, they have a new amplifier that is an easy upgrade to an existing OEM stereo system. As far as I know, this is the only amplifier that offers this technology on the market. Otherwise, my thoughts would be use a JL Cleansweep or RF's 360.1

the pac is going to be the more affordable one and if your only adding subs then theres no need to get anything else......

and PAC is the company that makes the other converter.

clean sweep, and 360 are products by JL and Rockford Fosgate, respectively.
what they do, is take the speaker level output, flatten the pre-set EQ curve from the crappy factory source unit, and output it to RCA connections.
Clean Sweep

Sorry guys, you lost me. Whats the clean sweep, 360, and PAC.

It's a 2007 Suburban LT Z71 with the Bose, Nav, and rear view camera system. Top of line truck, only options not on the truck are the power running boards.

The application sheet on PACs site shows this one for use with the Bose and similiar set ups for trunk/ rear speaker application, others you would have to do as Bill recommended.

u have to check the resistance on the speaker's before you do all of that because some of the bose systems speakers have a resistance of .2 or other very low resistances. and it maybe amplfied which means you need to get the wires behind that dash.

Not true... The new "Trunkloc" system by PAC is designed for just this application ;) Retail is $49.95 on it, but can be had for cheaper
Hope that helps.

just get a line-out converter.
if you are replacing everything except the radio, get a clean sweep.
