The 27TBFC/G (H1212) can get a little bit lower if you feel that's important. I do like the aesthetics on the 29TFF more though.
Either woofer will work more, but I'm guessing that the nextel is going to have more midbass. I'm pretty sure both of them are capable of pretty good midrange extension, so you're alright there.

You ever put together a front stage?

by subster87 » Thu Mar 08, 2007 10:15 pm

k sweet ya let me know. Well the part ordering begins for me on pay day which is next friday lots of time to change my mind. Till then im builiding a new sub box false floor for my 18 7.72 cubic feet shoudl give the beast alot more room that its been craving. And alot more air space to play with in front of the cone... not to mention ill have a semi usable trunk again!!!

Just to let you know subster. I just got some used Dayton RS180s and I'm going to through them in a 2-way with a large format tweeter. I'll let you know how it turns out. I have no time table for it, so I'm not sure how long it'll take.

Haven't played with them extensively, just heard them on a lot of occasions. Friend of mine toyed with the Fiesta kit from Northcreek. Also put some in his car cause he liked them in that set so much.

You have a set of those, correct? What crossover point did you pick and what tweets did you pair them with? Or did you not get a chance to try them out yet?
