Sorry I make 45% of 75 dollars an hour during hrly work.
Overnight = min. of 2 hrs + 55 dollar call out fee (I get 45% of the 55 also).

Anyways that particular night I worked from 3:30am till 8:30am ..for an out of fuel stupid idiot told me he had fuel so I didn't bring a tank or anything. Oh well they paid.
Since thursday night I've been up without any sleep (maybe 30min here or there twice) but yea, friends broke down, this crap happens, that crap whatever right. Sunday had to work 8am till 5pm went and got daughter and then came home and fell asleep. Woke up at 1:30 to maybe 45 missed calls getting cussed out because I couldn't help people.
I ain't helping a damn soul anymore. People are just rude....

its only easy in theory, each day its a different shift, each week its different days, when the shit hits the fan its your ass on the line, the vault has to be dead on accurate, you have to pick up the slack for your co managers when they arent there, open the store, close the store, if your closing and the overnight guy calls in guess who pulls a double? its a lot of workand then you have all the stats your responsible for.....gmroi, labor, sales etc.........on the other hand the only reason my shop is doing pretty good is the things i learned at that job....

Well lower level management gets paid $12-hr and gets weekly bonuses... between $100-200 pending the size of the department.
The really funny thing is that the upper management get's between $15-18- hr, but they get weekly and monthly bonuses...
I talked with one of the General Managers about this one day... He says it's hilarious when he goes to apply for an auto loan, cause they wanna know what his salary or hourly rate is... He has to tell them $16.75 an hour... and they come back and say "What's your title there again? :surprised )...
Then he interjects... "Can I use my bonuses as added income too?... Cause then I make $85,000 a year." :p

I only make $8.50 an hour (kinda sucks), but I can buy the insurance through them at a far better rate then getting it on my own.

When I first went to work there, they wanted me to take a management positition, but I declined. Managers there only make like $12 an hour and then get bonuses for meeting payroll quota's... that and they have to work 50-60 hour weeks swing shift... Sorry, that'd be okay if I were younger, but I couldn't handle that and run a cleaning business and Car Godz.
