I just think its stupid that people argue over who is "more Christian" than others. If you believe in God and you follow Jesus's teachings then you are loved and accepted in his eyes. Im sure Jesus wouldnt want for his "children" to be fighting over who has favor over one another

like the wife on american dad says, "feel free to use our pool after the rapture"

All I intend to say as a Christian is this: If I am wrong about judgement day...then I am wrong...but if you are wrong...what happens then?

I just like to cover all my bases.

Personally i dont like the in-fighting amongst Christians, particularly between any Catholic and Born-again Christians. Almost every Born-again that i have come across believes that they are superior to any other follower of Jesus. My Second Cuz is that way and it can be difficult to talk to her sometimes. I dont think one group is superior in anyway or the other, nor do i look unkindly to Muslims, because they are technically brothers in God as well. I think many people have misconstrued views about religion and that they need to be educated in world philosophy and religion in order to make a statement.

Untill they do they should just shut the hell up because they are almost 99% of the time talking out of their ass.

Me and some friends were at a WaffleHouse when the religious debate came up. I simply said I was undecided and I did not know what I wanted to believe. A good freind of mine (devout christian) knows my beliefs and just said "oh crap", as these other two guys went on for over an hr on how I need to believe in God and Jesus. Now about 2-3 hrs into this debate ...yea rather long night we had the entire waffle house sitting at our table and actually had to call the law to remove one person!! lol He wanted to fight me :( . Overall was a great night and a lot of very good views were shown.

I think a 357 will suffice.

I had a Jehova church right down the street from my old house. Damn they were annoying... EVERY sunday *knock knock*.
"No, your religion isn't better than mine, so quit trying to convert me." -that's what I have to say.

I've had some 'recruits' come and talk to me about the Bible... lets just say I've said some things to make them nearly question their religion. I've had them actually stop in their tracks and be dumbfounded, almost. You know you've created a question in their mind when you get a "True..." response.

*Now don't think I hate religion, I think it is a great way of shaping people's minds and having them do the right thing... it's just that there are far too many people who think they can "spread the word" but instead become greedy, completely self centered, and mindless. I don't just mean churchgoers, I definately mean Pastors, priests, etc.

but are you doing it for yourself? or someone else? and if someone else, who?

Michael, I have seen you in a whole new light. I believe I can call you brother now. I have been a leader in my Men's group and have worked on the prayer team for Promise Keepers for a few years now. Keep on keepin on brother!
