I am Pepe Leweppi...I kick de ball!

Bob Nelson is the greatest.

Without humor in your life you will lead a sad existance. I have noticed two people of power try to make it without humor. Sadly, we do not have them any longer. Is the lack of humor the culprit in their demise?

I say NO...a resounding NO!!! HECK NO!!!! no

Guys, I have found friends I have never put a face to, never shook a hand with, yet freely gave to these people not because they are great guys...it is because they have become great friends. Yes it is the internet, but these guys here are closer than mere internet keyboard warriors.

We all share a common bond. We love CAR AUDIO and what makes them tick, what makes it hit, and from Terry's signature, what makes them shit. But the best thing is we are all brothers in arms for this forum. We can make a difference. We have the mentality to show the uninformed how to get their system installed. What have the capability of showing the well informed how to tune their cars better, and we have the audacity to correct the spelling of someone who may just be a guru in our craft, but we don't give him a chance to show us. ( I am guilty of this )

What this forum needs it a Jynormous Chill-Pill. Sure we like to stir the pot, but, it is worth it. Yes it keeps you coming back for more, but, more for what? It used to be the hearty conversations concerning our hobby that kept me coming back. I sure would like to see that again. Let's keep this hobby and forum alive so that the future members can see a difference in our forum. We are different from other forums in that this is kind of like a family of brothers. We should stop acting like brothers (bickering) and start acting like friends.

No you don't. This isn't just any old hamster, ours is an anal attack hamster trained by Richard Gere. Just a little more incentive to behave and play nice, guys :D

I don't think I stir the pot.... I used to smoke a lot of it in my younger years but that's behind me now. I don't pretend to know what all is going on and to be honest I don't care. I live my entire life trying to be the best me that I can be and will continue to do so, therefore if I am a problem I'm sorry but I always do what I think is right and is in the best interest of everyone involved... just my two cents :P

solacedagony wrote:I honestly thing everyone's going a little overboard here. Why are people leaving? Remember you're on the INTERNET. Have a little fun. Sometimes we have a little TOO much fun with the language and whatnot. Big deal. Ryan comes in says clean it up and we go onto the next thread. End of story.
I don't know what happened between anyone on here (it's irrelevant), but I can't see what all these threads about people being a-holes is about. Everyone needs to take a chill pill and enjoy this for what it is. We all participate here to help each other out in the hobby that we all love.
i agree with just about everything you said however i will respect the new rules and/or changes.

well, maybe not your kids LOL J/K

Well to most... I hope I'm not a pot stirrer, more like the cool dad that'll put you in your place when need be.
I miss a few days cause of being so busy with b/s and this comes up...
I think we should all take it for what it is... If you're joking give'em a "lol" or "j/k" and do our best to support what I believe to be a great board with a great bunch of people.
Every family has their rough times... and this extended family of mine here at CAC is going to be no different, but like all families... if we stick together... it will only help stengthen the relationships.
For our new members... maybe give them a lil break here and there and just let them in on proper behavior without being rude... after all you don't punch a toddler just for saying something out of line and then asking why. :)

Wow, everything just happens so suddenly. I agree, this board has had its days since I have been here. I agree with Bill that I have seen countless people get hassled over little stuff such as grammar, or just a lack of searching the board before asking. Either way, lets get this great place on track. We have vast knowledge, great people, lets forget the past, and build to the future.
