odd folders within a mp3??

I recently bought a new pioneer deh 4800mp deck and was wondering if there is any way to specfically order the folders which it assigns to the tracks. I Used i-tunes to burn my mp3 disk, and for some reason when i play the cd, the folders are arranged as odd numbers: 1, 3, 5, 7 etc. Is there any way to organize these folders, and create folders so that they go in order?
