we'll probably end up oing that, specially the check.. my dad is decent with cars, so that helps. im hoping to score a deal on ilke a 2000... i really don't want much older..even if i ahve to pay more than i want to.

thats cool... I'd pick chevys 4.3 over fords 4.0, but fords 2.3 over chevys 2.2.. Milage isnt really all that important really, its more about how well the vehicle was maintained than how many miles are on it. I'd get a car fax report before laying down any cash on a vehicle, also take it to a good shop and have them do a real good inspection on it first. Look for signs for abuse, also ask if the have the maintance records... :happy055:

this guy basically told me he couldn't do much because north charleston (cops) would slap the cuffs on his wrists. oh well.

i bet if i buy a truck from them, he won't be getting the sale! :>

yeah, the dealer wouldn't talk to me because i'm under 18 for a few more days. they didn't have any info posted on the s-10 like they did the ranger..and the ranger didn't have a price.
