made three posts to this thread and none have worked!!! will try again...

Everything was ordered at the same time, the day after the evening I received the paypal email. Anthony's non-chalant, carefree, attitude towards getting my stuff out is bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, I don't remember all I had in the other post, but it was a really good one!!! lol

I informed him of the rush on getting this out due to installation time frame, and he was like "yeah thats not a problem" when I placed the order, so thats the real pisser-offer!! I earlier that if/when we get the damplifier pro, secondskin is out! Hopefully I can get on with Hushmat, but they have several dealers in Oklahoma.....so I don't know

Well joe, your not the only one who's missing stuff from the order. I was going to have joey give you mine for now. Till yours comes in, but they don't have mine either.

Anthony has always been very nice, but now its to nice, non-chalant is the description I gave Joe, Its like "oh well, I'm sorry about that we will see what we can do....". Odviously I am not the biggest retailer for secondskin by any means, but does that justify this kind of service?! NOPE!! I told Bill earlier today that I am going to drop secondskin as soon as we get our damplifier pro. Will try to get hushmat, but there may be to many dealers here already...not sure what I am going to do. Maybe have a stern....er talk with anthony about his service.

Wow man, that's not a good thing. I hope it gets there sooner than you expect. Did they not ship with Joey's order for a reason? (Late ordering of addition to add it to the order?)

Ok...so I haven't gotten the product, although I have ordered it 10 days ago. The shipping labels are still sittin on the rack. Joey has tried to get them to overnight it to him, they said they couldn't eat the shipping on it. I am thinking WTF!!!!!! This is a million dollar corporation and they can't eat as little as 100 bucks for overnight shipping???? BULLSHIT!

From his (Anthony at Second Skin) reaction to Joey's call, his non-chalant attitude is about to kill me. I will use his product, but I WILL NOT order from him again! This is completely ludicrous! If I could get a refund, then I would, but they don't give refunds on that product. So I am stuck to fend for myself to get some dampner or wait 3 days to receive it.

We will see what Joey is able to do for this transaction. I am not mad at Joey, it is clearly their (Second Skin) fault. They didn't ship my order with the rest of Joey's order.

From my short-lived experience with Second Skin, I am sure their product is excellent, but their service sucks a big dick! Now I only have 3 weeks to get my car done! I just can't see it happening! DAMNIT!!!!! :banghead :
