I'd be much more inclined to spend less on something like an Alpine 9857 or 56, just to have Alpine. Unless you step up to F1

i'm not very impressed with alpine's newest line of headunit. they just seem dedicated to external add-ons like ipod, usb mp3, bluetooth, and HD radio.

the new pioneer premiers are worth a look however.
