[quote="Ryan from Ohio"]Actually I got a covered back porch thats about 12' x 40'
I also have access to a basement here and I use it :)
Skylights ]

Lets see. I have a pizza hut, mcdonalds, subway, hardees, kfc, tacobell, steak and shake, burger king, diary queeen, apple bee's, a italian resturant, 2 hardware stores, a parts store, 2 gas stations, a movie rental place, a super wal-mart, and a mini strip mall all within a couple hundred yards from my apartment...

1-44 runs right through the middle of town, so while we only have about 5,500 residents we have TONS of people stopping off the highway....

Dont be jealous... :p

Just missing a grocery store ;)

Central air is nice, but my new AC is so damned big I got to set it to mid 70's otherwise its literaly freezing in here

Our A/C is set at 77-78 and ours is usually $300 a month. But then again, we have a 2400 square foot house.
What part of New Orleans? It's funny how no one understands how hot New Orleans really is :) Temperature isn't everything :thumbsup
Yeah, it runs pretty cheap...

We averaged upper 90's over the last month or so with some days being 105+... Did I mention that the humidity was around 90+ % most of the time?

For the rest of the week its surpose to be in the mid 90's with rain showers, that means super duper humid....

Usually we get crazy hot summers and really cold winters, although last winter was pretty mild.... I'm hoping we get a butt load of snow this year.... :happy055:
